PE for some time, but weird detail

I'm 31 and for a period of time (an perhaps a year) I've had problems controlling my the ejaculation. Sometimes, it occurs within a minute of BJ, and sometimes five or 10. However, earlier I was able to go on for 30-40 mins. The penis is so sensitive that when I think of something that makes me feel arouse, I get this sensitivity of the penis. After I have ejaculated it's extremely sensitive, it's insane. The weird thing is that it happens when I'm drunk. I can be drunk for hours or more and struggle to ejaculate. What could be the cause? Is it psychological PE? it is not present while I'm drunk and not able to engage my brain in the process fully? What can I do to help myself... I get up to 3-4 times a week, but I haven't had sexual contact for over a month. What would be the benefit if I quit masturbating and watched porn for a while?

I apologize; I now see how my statement came off. Despite reading a lot both here and elsewhere, I am unable to make a firm judgment on my situation. I tried many approaches without any luck. Though I live in a tiny nation with limited access to general psychology, I was considering seeing a psychologist. However, I can't locate a therapist for this type of issue. Since I don't currently have a partner, I can't test new ideas or tactics, and it all just makes me so confused. I apologize once again for seeming naive and indolent, and I appreciate your feedback.

It happens in your drinking water. You will be drunk for hours or more. Due to this you will have problem of PE. I told you that I could have sex in 30-40 minutes, now you want to settle for 5 or 10 minutes, all this is due to your drinking (alcohol). This will make your penis weak. So you can't have sex for a long time.

If you've had premature ejaculation (PE) for a while, you should do something about it. Talk to your doctor or nurse. They can help you figure out what to do and suggest treatments or techniques that will make your sexual experience better.
