Hello there, I'm a 24 year old male and I think I've suddenly lost my sex drive. I'm really unsure definitively when it started at this point for about a month at present I've had most certainly no sex drive and I can barely get an erection. I was used to either having sex or jolting off basically reliably anyway by and by I can't do either paying little brain to what we've endeavored. For reference, I don't smoke or drink and I work-out regularly. I'm not totally specific what to do about it at this point and it's causing some strain in my relationship. I don't at this point have medical care so I'm hesitant to go to a subject matter expert. Is there anything I can endeavor to fix this myself?
If you're losing your sex drive, you might want to make changes to your lifestyle, such as getting regular exercise, eating well, and dealing with your stress. Make getting enough sleep a priority and talk to your partner honestly. If the problems don't go away, you should see a doctor to rule out more serious issues. They can give you advice that is specific to your needs.
If you quickly lost your sex drive, you should think about what might have caused it, such as worry, side effects from medications, or health problems that go deeper. Try to think of any changes in your health or life that might have caused this. You might want to talk to a doctor or nurse about the problem and get help to get your sex drive back.
