He chats to other people on the internet; when I question him about it, he blows it off and claims he doesn't do anything, even though I've seen it.
Now what should I do?

Talk to your guy freely and honestly about how you feel if you are worried about him. Key to any friendship is talking to each other. If you need to, you might want to get help from trusted friends or a psychologist to handle the problem well.
