For context, I know that he researched before doing this because I had an iud. He did research and knew it was misplaced but decided to finish in me anyway. My doctors appointment is coming up next week and he left me saying that he doesn't know whether he loves me.

We dated for two years, and throughout that time I had several pregnancy signs.

So don't you ask him why do he do this? Was there any problem with your boyfriend so that he broke up with you?
