I thought you could have suggestions that are more suitable for those with Osa and who use Cpaps:

What's made you feel better?) to stop waking up two hours earlier or 2) get back to sleep after this particular awakening

I'm fine with other interruptions in the night However, this one really irks me.

Wish I could assist, but my cat wakes me up between five and seven in the morning for breakfast. I find it difficult to get back to sleep, so I have to take off my cpap.

@lopezdavis455 I use my face directly under a fan. When the light starts to peek through the blinds, it helps me go back asleep.
