Perenium puncture & ED

13 years ago, I was involved in a motorbike crash that left my partially paralyzed. (C4/Inc). In ICU and acute treatment (3 months) (C4/Inc), a wound specialist visited me every day to treat a 40-50mm puncture wound in my scrotum and the anus.

Doctors have rejected my ED because of my paralysis. They have not investigated the possibility of nerve damage resulting from my puncture. Are there ways that damage can be reversed?

A perineum puncture, often from trauma or surgery, can damage nerves and blood vessels. This may lead to erectile dysfunction (ED) due to compromised blood flow or nerve function in the genital area. Seeking medical attention is essential for diagnosis and appropriate management to address both the perineal injury and any resulting erectile issues.
