Low Sexual Desire

M25, I have ED and low libido for as long as J can remember. I'm able to be sexy when I am watching a sexy porn and I can imagine doing the same thing with an accomplice. However, when it comes to for sex, I'm not one to enjoy it. I use Viagra which helps keep my wood but my lack of sex means it is difficult for me to feel comfortable with penetrating the sex. Are there any suggestions or drugs to boost sexual desire?

Low sexual craving, or low drive, can be affected by different factors, for example, stress, relationship issues, hormonal irregular characteristics, or ailments. Consult with a healthcare professional to explore potential causes and appropriate solutions.

Hello there,

Situation similar here, M29. My libido is entirely gone after taking corticosteroids for five weeks, and blood tests revealed low testosterone levels of around 15 nmol/L.

When I watch porn or fantasize, I may get physically erected, but only if I am supported by physical touches; otherwise, there is absolutely no arousal or interest, particularly when it comes to real life. It's challenging to enjoy the procedure and cum.

Regarding medicine, I've been told to take Tadalfin, but it just addresses the problem of getting erect, not horniness or pleasure.

TRT therapy, perhaps? Perhaps someone else can provide some more light on this issue.

You should have proper food, yoga and exercise. Due to this, low sexual desire improves. Your partner should see you enough time due to which the relationship between the two will be good.

When someone doesn't want to be sexual, they have a low sexual drive, which is also called low libido. Stress, problems in relationships, changes in hormones, or health problems can all be causes. Being honest with a partner and seeing a doctor can help you get to the bottom of problems and find good answers.
