So just for certain settings I am 34 male and work in a prosperity essential industry not that it really matters what I do. I've been doing this for near 3 years and work a mix of developments on a 6 many weeks program that gets done with the latest 2 weeks being a blend of nights followed by day spilled by nights and a short time later a rest week. I've have struggled with anxiety and distress on and off for a long time which I genuinely take remedies for, notwithstanding, I'm essentially starting to find towards the completion of my shift configuration I'm just sad down, and mentally broken down I assume. Thinking about whether anyone can relate or has any designs to adjust to this.

If you have a mental health problem, you should find a solution as soon as possible. So you should visit a doctor and you should change your shift. You should take a break for some time. So that mental health gets to rest. First of all, you need to change your lifestyle and reduce stress.
