Medical Grade Penis Pump

Would anyone know the name of a medical grade penis pump that works for them? I have struggled with ED for years. Viagra used to help, but now that I am also taking lexapro it has pretty much obliterated all of my erections. I wanted to see if a penis-pump would work. I assumed that medical grade pumps are of higher quality than those sold in adult stores, so I was searching for one.

Could you provide a link to the eBay gadget that worked for you? I saw a very educational video about pumping by Rachael Ross.
