Do I have ED?

I'm aged 22 and generally have a very sexually driven sex urge, and never had a problem having an erection during my life. In the last five days on a Thursday, I swam with a girl but was not capable of performing because I was extremely drunk. It wasn't the first time that I was unable to perform because I was drunk to be concerned. But after 2 days I started getting worried. I'm not able to get up touching it, and I need to concentrate and massage it. It's not painful and I'm able to complete. However, after five days of not being able to build a natural structure and battling to work difficult while battling it, and then it appearing from nowhere, it has left me extremely scared.
