Can excessive masturbation cause ED?

Asking for your opinion on this matter; I'm a fairly active person who jogs or walks three to four days a week and does kegels every once in a while to strengthen my pelvic floor. ED started after a sexual encounter I had two months ago. Are you thinking it's because of how often I masturbate? I don't do it too often—maybe twice or three times a day—but I used to do it about twice or three times a week, and sometimes I'd go eight days in a row. but after my most recent sexual experience I couldn't help but wonder if my masturbating habits are what's causing my ED. Currently I'm on a seven-day run, and I want to make it at least twenty-five days.

No, excessive masturbation does not cause ED. That is wrong. Masturbation is normal. If you have ED then you should consult your health specialist and take medicine with his help. If he suggests then taking that medicine will give you quick relief from sexual dysfunction like sildenafil or tadalafil he may suggest medicine.

Many issues can result from excessive masturbating. The main problem is hypogonadism, or low testosterone. Thus, the answer is YES, excessive masturbation DOES cause erectile dysfunction.

Yes, according to my understanding, too much masturbation can cause many problems. You are exactly as you say. But too much masturbation can also be a major cause of erectile dysfunction.

Masturbation has no significant effect on your ability to develop and maintain an erection. In short, masturbation does not cause ED.
