We often become frustrated due to many things in our lives, and we in turn tend to lose patience and react. It could be anything related to your work or your personal life. But if you arrest your case then its not the solution. Currently, as per research, many people are undergoing toxic relationships and this is their stress. It might be the case where you are undergoing some disturbance- this could be either in talking, misconception, you are not getting time or more or also due to a weak sexual life. So you have to change your lifestyle to remove it, try to understand your partner or your GF, and visit a specialist if necessary.

First, you try to sit and talk with him calmly. If you really love him. So you don't do anything if it affects your relationship. Do you need to think about how to walk away from your toxic relationship? And if you can't do it, then consult a good doctor or a professional expert.

Figure out the toxins by looking at how it affects your health. Set limits and let people know what's bothering you. Get help from friends or pros. Focus on your mental and emotional health when you take care of yourself. Make a plan for how to leave the relationship, and when you're ready, say it gently. Don't give in to guilt, and stay strong. Slowly cut ties, stop talking to them, and do things that help you grow as a person. To rebuild and move on, surround yourself with good things.
