Hey guys, I'm twenty and haven't had a really hard morning for about a year and an hour and a half. I was unable to even go hot with my girl. perhaps for just a couple of seconds I would have a semi, but then it's soft and I think I'm lacking libido. The only What I've noticed is that the my only chance to experience decently hard libido and a nice amount of libido is when I'm asleep about 12pm-1am nearly every night I'm sure, but it frequently appears like I'm dreaming, the thoughts of libido seem more real. I'm not able to stay hard while drinking to finish porn my porn a few months ago, and also masturbating. I've been smoking since 15 (fucking the eastern Europe's culture) and quit about a month ago. The testosterone levels are 610ng/dl and I just got it which is quite odd since I had hoped it would be around 150. I'm very concerned. I've tried Ashwaganda. In the process of cleaning up my eating habits, I attempt to eat a single inrediet meals, and avoid sugar, but it's very difficult. In the lab test, I had my estradiol level checked which is similar to estrogen or I'm not sure about and it was 74.7 pmol/l which Google states is quite high. I also take cold showers frequently, try to take in as much sunlight as possible and exercise every day for a whole year and a half, consume plenty of eggs. My cholesterol levels also came in at 3,58 mg/L. I'm getting discouraged and haven't spoken to anyone about the problem, and it's starting to weigh heavily on myself... Anyone's advice is greatly appreciated, and I thank you so much for your time.

I am not an expert, I only have an idea on this matter, what is the problem with ED? If this problem occurs to you at such a young age, you should consult a good health expert. This problem alone is not serious or you cannot tell anyone. If you really want to get rid of this problem then you should visit a doctor. He will examine you and then tell you what is your problem and then you can treat it.
