erectile dysfunction

My partner and I have been together for eight years, and we've lived together for seven years. We have two kids together.

Our partner has a low libido, so we only have sex about once or twice a month. This is partly because of his job (he's a professional player and works until late at night). It has been hard to get and keep an erection for at least a year. When we're making love, it also gets loose, and I can't get it back to a solid state. That's what he says—he has to train for 7-8 hours a week—but I don't think that's the only reason.

This makes sense to me now that I think about the talks we had about it. Maybe fear of what will happen next. He doesn't want to see a psychiatrist or a doctor.

He seems to be in good health, so I wonder what could be causing it. Somewhere that doesn't sound too "psychotherapeutic" is where he can get help.
