Hi! Short story I (M23) connected with two girls about a month ago on multiple occasions, and continuously for one night, without adequate sleep (I had to go to work the following day and then slept for about three hours) Since that day, I've had low libido. Erectile dysfunction as I be sexually active but can't keep it going for more than 40 seconds. It goes soft afterward (never occurred in the past) and I have trouble maintaining it or occasionally achieve an erection while porn.

Have you experienced anything similar to this? I'm pretty sure that it's not mental. It could cause hormones in me, but I'm just not certain.

A low libido or trouble getting an erection is not usually caused by having too much sex. Instead, they can be caused by things like worry, relationship problems, chemical changes, side effects of medications, or health problems that are already there. Overwork or tiredness from having a lot of sexual encounters may briefly lower libido, but it probably won't lead to long-term erectile dysfunction or low libido. If you are having problems that won't go away, you should see a doctor or nurse to get an evaluation and the right advice.

Too much sex can make you tired and throw off your hormones, which can make your libido drop and make it hard to get an erection. When the body's systems are overstimulated, they might not work normally, which can hurt sexual drive and ability. To keep your sexual health in good shape, you need to be moderate and balanced in your sexual behavior.
