I'm a 25-year-old man who has had erectile dysfunction for the last year. I haven't had it examined by a doctor, however I'm unsure whether it's psychological as there are times when I experience an erection after I've not had a masturbation for two consecutive days, but not for a prolonged period of time. In my own story, I was an obsessive masturbator from the time I was the age of puberty. In the past, it was to be a porn girl or just thinking about girls in my class. I started an affair at the age of 18, and it continued until I turned 23. That's the time when this issue began. She was a gorgeous girl who received all the attention from men in her. We had sexual relations once every month as it was a long-distance relationship. I was uncomfortable when I was with her because I was constantly comparison with other guys who were drawn to her. Therefore, I began to sex myself to her videos, photos and videos whenever I was feeling feelings of sadness, anxiety or stress. It was as if I was hanging on to her in order to have sexual sex to feel good about myself. It was like I was judging my worth based on just having a relationship with her, and felt less than other males in her vicinity. At the end the relationship was no more was able to remain straight, so I began taking drugs. Also, we made the decision to break up two years ago. I've tried having sexual relations with girls following this, but haven't had any luck in producing an erection, nor have I felt any sexual attraction in these girls. Yet, I am still a regular contributor to porn or go wild subreddits, even though my erection is down when I get my penis off. It's a habit that I have which doesn't really matter whether I'm in a high state or not. I don't believe I have a feeling of being high, or have any desire to meet other girls. It's so dull thinking I've lost my manliness. and I feel as if I'm not going to be with anyone else.

not necessarily psychological. could be poor masturbation techniques such as excessive kegeling or edging. mightve caused a hypertonic pelvic floor. need to do pelvic floor therapy to relieve that. reverse kegels/pelvic floor stretches would help.
