Psychological ED advice

I'm in my mid-20s and healthy, but I've experienced a severe physiological decline. I saw an RN today. She recommended using a low dose daily tadalafil 2.5mg to help me get my self-confidence back (I've used this before in the past, but not always)

Do you think this is safe? I don't want physically or mentally dependent on the substance.

What are your thoughts about people in their 20s who suffer from this. Sometimes when I'm stressed, even masturbating can make me hypersensitive and experience premature ejaculation.

The effects of the drug are affecting my mental health, so I believe it's ideal for me to use the medication for a short time and then hopefully get my confidence back.

If you have psychological erectile dysfunction (ED), it's important to talk to your partner about it. Talk about your worries and feelings to ease your stress and build trust. To deal with deeper problems like worry, depression, or relationship issues, you might want to try therapy or counseling. Mindfulness and relaxation exercises are two techniques that can help you deal with worry during private times. Learning more about ED can also help calm your fears. Talking to a doctor or nurse about personalized tactics can help with emotional health and intimacy even more.
